This list is to help eliminate bad habits and replace them with better, more productive ones! This requires you to sit down and have a very honest conversation with yourself. Making two columns, in the first column you are going to write down all the habits you need to do less of; Watching TV., playing video games, being too hard on yourself, gossiping, eating crappy foods, etc. In the second column you are going to make a list of what you want to start doing in your life. For example, exercise, eating better, reading more, gardening, praying, etc. Whenever you catch yourself repeating old patterns, you’re going to have this list to access, eliminating the chance for your mind to make excuses of “I don’t know what I should do instead.” And so, you are cutting the shit.
