This bath mixture is a blend that I formulate myself. Combining essential oils with epsom salt, baking soda and pink Himalayan salt, this is my favorite form of self care. I bless each batch with Reiki energy so you are also bathing in a Reiki treatment. The benefits from epsom salts include assisting in muscle soreness, good source of magnesium, promotes sleep and stress reduction, reduced pain and swelling, etc. Himalayan salt provides you with trace minerals, detoxifies your body, stimulates circulation, clears sinuses, aides bloating, soothes bites and blisters, etc. The baking soda cleans your aura and also detoxifies your body. Adding the essential oils into the mix makes this the ultimate bath for self care and the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one.
