Feathers are used during smudging ceremonies and rituals to assist with lifting stagnant energy from the
area or room. Considered to be sacred gifts from the sky, sea, and trees by Indigenous Cultures in North
America each feather used has its own meaning and purpose during the ritual. These being Eagles
feather; bringing courage.
